Young Afrobeats rising star Koredianx has taken over radio waves and music charts with his newly released nine-track album, ‘Korede’. The self-titled project marks a major milestone for the talented Afropop act, who is signed to entertainment powerhouse Jamika Entertainment.

Well-known in Nigeria’s underground music scene, Koredianx has earned recognition over the years, picking up multiple awards across entertainment events and industry circles. His much-anticipated LP, which has been in the works for over a year, follows his previous album ‘Blessings’.

Tracks like “Dreams, “Charming,” and “Soro” have listeners dancing and uplifted, with infectious rhythms and motivational lyrics. The album also features fellow Jamika Force members Yung Bos and Ari Jay, adding a rich, diverse sound to the project.

Speaking to Vanguard, Koredianx—whose full name is Akorede Adeoye Omokolade Muftaudeen—shared the inspiration behind ‘Korede’:

“This project means so much to me. I’ve always loved telling stories and passing messages through my music. I just hope this one connects deeply because I truly poured my heart into it.”

He also reflected on the everyday struggles of being a young man recently out of school, and the challenge of staying focused to achieve his goals:

“Korede is a name that means bringing blessings, good things, and fortune. May this project unlock big doors and opportunities for my fans, Inshallah.”

Mr Stanley Ihensekhien, Head of Operations at Jamika Entertainment, praised Koredianx’s dedication and passion:

“The album is doing well on the music charts because good songs always climb to the top. Music lovers are in for an enjoyable time.”
