Eagles defender Taye Taiwo is hoping that Queens Park Rangers escape unscathed from the Ethihad Stadium on Sunday, when they clash with title chasing Manchester City in the last game of the English premier league.
The game is a must win for the two clubs. A win for City will guarantee them the title their first in 44 years and for QPR they need to win it and keep themselves afloat in the elite division. Taiwo will lose a 3.5million pounds deal and sadly return to Italy if QPR fail to beat the drop.
“It is my prayer that we stay top in the premier league. I am very happy to be here with the team and players. They have really welcomed me.
“I don’t want to return to Italy,” Taiwo stated.
