President Bola Ahmed Tinubu attendance of Governor Hope Uzodimma’s book launch and legacy projects commissioning at Owerri, Imo State on 30th September 2025, was a demonstration of love and regards for the people of the state and Ndi Igbo in general, more so, in the light of the President’s tight schedules and pressing National issues. 

It is noteworthy that recently the president has honoured invitations to attend programs in the South East.

The president’s commitment to the development of infrastructure in the South East  through his release of increased federal allocations to the Governors of the South East States made it possible for most of these landmark projects to be executed and it is highly appreciated and commended.

It is an unarguably fact that the president is a true Democrat who placed national interest above political party consideration .

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s gesture towards the South East region is a deserving proof that APC is the ideal political party for Ndi Igbo to embrace and support in the forthcoming 2027 general election. In so doing, we would be practically showing our appreciation to President Bola Tinubu’s financial and infrastructure development support for the region .

Funding states with boosted revenue allocation does not guarantee development rather infrastructure improvement is determined by the leadership model proffered by the executive Governor of the state such as is being demonstrated by His Excellency,  Senator Hope Uzodimma in Imo State , who dubs as a focused leader with a vision and characteristics appealing that is to his people.

Democracy and governance are both intertwined in representation and presentation  being defined by global principles and best practices that trumps up the value system of existing societies . 

Honest, bold and courageous conscientious practices can determine the path to economic growth, security and peaceful coexistence of the Country and its citizens  .

Coming from that background , Nigeria in her present transition needs a leader endued with these traits to instigate awareness in National patriotism that is rooted in good conscience in order to appease growing disunity and disaffections .

The Chairman of the progressive Governors Forum, His Excellency Senator Hope Uzodimma is an enigma and an embodiment of the Nation’s expectations of good governance in a thriving democracy.

Setting the Owerri stage for Stakeholders , patriots and National leaders to ponder on the way forward for our Nation in its efforts to resolve lingering security issues, threatened harmonious union, economic growth and stability by the showcasing of the Imo State government’s development strides and the unveiling of the APC’s evidence of decades of progressive governance , exemplified Senator Hope’s leadership ingenuity and the certainty of the APC and President Bola Tiinubu continuity mandate beyond 2027.

One invisible innate advantage of the auspicious occasion is the tendency to address a politically motivated social malady of brewing hatred and discontent  between the two major ethnic groups of Igbo and Yoruba.

The presence of the National , sub-National and Traditional Leaders cutting across the various tribes excited the thoughts of possible resolution of the primordial sentiment creating the hope for a peaceful coexistence amongst Nigerians of diverse political, religious and ethnic identities .

The initiative is a commendable feat that is a product of inspired vision, uncommon courage and addiction to good governance which spells the leadership qualities of His Excellency Senator Uzodimma.

The progressive Governors Forum ably honoured and jointly unveiled a decade  achievements of the APC led government which is attested to by Nigerians who consented to the transformative governance ushered by the APC led government over time. 

Nigerians and The South East people are fortunate in this dispensation of our national economic rebirth and growth, to have their development driven by the present set of progressive Governors Forum under the Chairmanship of Sen. Uzodimma. 

Chronicle the array of monumental projects accomplished commissioned by President Tinubu would be a discourse for a later verse as we presently pontificate on some of the greater uncommissioned invisible achievements and our expected reactions and complementary contributions . 

The continuation of a progressive governance by a progressive government is  an expected reactions from the South East people to complement the efforts of Mr Projects , Senator Hope Uzodimma in bringing all onboard for the total takeover of the South East by the APC  and the reelection of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027 presidential election .

The APC Leaders and Stakeholders in the South East should rally behind the visionary action Chairman of the progressive Governors Forum H E,  Senator Uzodimma and support him as a unifying Igbo leader for the collective political repositioning of Ndi Igbo in the mainstream national political and government .

This is the only way to ensure available opportunities that will attract economic growth and infrastructure development to the South East region .
