LAGOS—A 26-year-old man, Ayedun Adelaja, has been arraigned before an Igbosere Magistrate’s Court, Lagos, for allegedly using an ATM card belonging to one Mr. Akinreti Saheed to steal N380,000 from his account.

The accused was said to have committed the alleged offence on February 15, at an old generation bank in the Lagos Magisterial District and conspired with others to commit felony to wit; stealing, an offence punishable under section 409 (1) of Criminal Code Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2011.

The accused pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Magistrate O.Martins, however, admitted him to bail in the sum of N150, 000 with one surety in like sum, while the matter was adjourned till May 14 for hearing.
