Aston Biz School, TYM partner on leadership course

Aston Business School is organising a five-day strategic leadership programme aimed at exposing senior executives from developing countries to business performance in the global market competition.

The programme, put together by Aston Business School in collaboration with These Young Minds, TYM, is expected to provide pragmatic perspectives to solving some of the challenges faced by senior executives in developing countries to effectively compete in a global market.

The programme, which comes up between 25th-29th June 2012, holds in United Kingdom.

In a statement by Alim Abubakre, Founding Executive Director, TYM, the course is also aimed “to challenge assumptions, broaden perspectives and to provide individuals with valuable insights on advanced decision making and improved organisational performance.”

According to the statement, the course will enhance business performance in an increasingly competitive and challenging international market.

Speaking on the course, Paul Butler, Executive Development Director, Aston Business School, said the course “aims to provide individuals who want to enhance their capacities as strategic thinkers and leaders with stimulating opportunities.”
