Nigeria is set to witness Africa’s biggest boxing event on October 1st, Nigeria’s Independence Day, courtesy Balmoral promotions.
The much-anticipated fight night, tagged “Chaos in the Ring,” will light up the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos and will be broadcast live worldwide on DAZN, placing Nigeria firmly on the global boxing map.
Organiser and Group CEO, Dr. Ezekiel Adamu, assured fans that preparations are in full swing to deliver a world-class spectacle, promising an unforgettable night of boxing, entertainment, and national pride.
“After the ‘Rumble in the Jungle’, this is the first time Africa will be hosting such a global boxing event. ‘Chaos in the Ring’ will go down as one of the biggest fight nights ever staged in Lagos, Nigeria, and Africa as a whole,” Dr. Adamu said.
“This historic fight night marks a monumental moment for African boxing. Lagos will deliver a lasting memory for everyone in attendance and the millions watching around the world.”
He added that adequate security measures are in place and urged Nigerians to come out in large numbers to celebrate the nation’s 65th Independence anniversary with an electrifying showcase of boxing talent.
