Chieftain of All Progressive Congress (APC) in Delta State, Engr. Prosper Oghenevwaro Adjerese, has congratulated the Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Area, Olorogun Jaro Egbo, on his one-year anniversary in office.

Adjerese, in an interaction with newsmen, described Egbo as a competent, resourceful and result-oriented leader.

He noted that Egbo’s one year in office had been remarkable and transformative with significant strides in infrastructure and human capital development, impactful leadership and sustenance of peace and security.

Highlighting Egbo’s achievements, Adjerese listed the construction of modern healthcare centers, cottage hospitals, and new modern markets, adding that the Council Chairman’s efforts in sustaining environmental protection, enhancing cleanliness and safety, and addressing climate change was top notch.

He noted that Egbo purchased official vehicles for principal officers of the legislative arm, improved revenue generation, and provided desks to primary school pupils across the eleven federal wards in Ughelli North.

Adjerese praised Egbo’s administrative competence, accountability, and ingenious leadership, saying, “Sir, your scorecard is tangible and visible everywhere in the local government area.

“I pray God to grant you wisdom, strength, and courage, filled with good health to continue to do more for the good people of Ughelli North, and beyond.”
