In a heartwarming gesture to mark Children’s Day, Landblaze Limited, in collaboration with the May 27th Foundation, visited Hope for Africa Orphanage Home in Isolo, Lagos, reaffirming their commitment to child welfare and social impact. The outreach on May 31st was more than just gift-giving; it was an expression of hope, empowerment, and emotional connection with Nigeria’s next generation.
The visit was marked by the donation of food items, gift packages, and essential supplies. However, it was the human interaction, filled with laughter, mentorship, and affirmations, that truly made the event memorable. Oyeleke Ayomide, Brand Manager at Landblaze Limited, emphasized the significance of the visit, “We didn’t just come to give, we came to listen, encourage, and uplift. The children spoke about their dreams, to become doctors, engineers, creatives, and tech leaders. We reminded them that their dreams are valid, and their future is bright.”
The team led a powerful affirmation session, where the children collectively declared words of encouragement and purpose: “I am not my yesterday.” “I will be great in life.” “My dreams are valid.” “I am seen. I am important.”
Representatives from the May 27th Foundation noted that the Children’s Day initiative was a continuation of their mission to make every child feel seen, valued, and celebrated, not just annually, but consistently. “Our children are not statistics. They are the future. And they deserve opportunities, love, and recognition. This collaboration with Landblaze is proof that the private sector can help rewrite the story of vulnerable children across Nigeria.”
Landblaze Limited, renowned for its real estate developments in Lagos, Abeokuta, and Ibadan, continues to expand its CSR footprint, focusing on education, youth empowerment, and long-term community impact. “At Landblaze, we are passionate about building lives not just estates,” Ayomide added. “This initiative speaks to who we are: real estate with a real heart.”
