With a rich heritage in agriculture, fisheries, and abundant mineral resources, Ondo State stands at a unique crossroads—poised to emerge as a leading force in Nigeria’s industrial renaissance. However, realising this promise hinges on one critical factor: human capital development through skills acquisition.

The untapped potential of Ondo State

Ondo State is endowed with natural wealth—from fertile agricultural lands and thriving fisheries to substantial mineral deposits. The state also boasts a commendable legacy in education and academic excellence. Yet, to convert these resources into engines of industrial growth, we must harness and upgrade the skills of our people. Only a skilled and empowered workforce can drive the innovation, productivity, and entrepreneurial spirit needed for industrial advancement.

Skills development: The engine of industrial growth
