The digital marketing industry is often characterized by flashy campaigns and fleeting trends, but two marketers decided to chart a different course.
Adgenius Hub, co-founded by performance marketing expert Yusuff AbdulMujeeb and growth marketing strategist Habeeb Adetunji, is rapidly emerging as a beacon of substance over style in the digital marketing industry in Nigeria.
The story of Adgenius Hub is one of a convergence of skills, philosophies, and a shared commitment to results-driven marketing. Yusuff, who initiated Adgenius Hub in November 2023, had been assisting businesses in boosting revenues through targeted advertising. His approach was methodical, focusing on strategy and data to drive outcomes.
Meanwhile, Habeeb was gaining experience in agency settings, observing the industry’s inclination towards superficial metrics and aesthetics. Disillusioned by this, he sought a more impactful approach.
Having collaborated with Yusuff on various projects, a pivotal conversation in August 2024 led to their partnership. By November 2024, they officially relaunched Adgenius Hub, combining their expertise to redefine digital marketing standards and help businesses get real results.
“We were always thinking alike. Our random conversations always spark something in me, and it just always felt like he was the only one who understood my marketing approach. The partnership was a no-brainer.” Yusuff explains.
They walked the talk. Adgenius Hub distinguishes itself through a holistic methodology. Rather than jumping straight into execution, the team emphasizes in-depth market and customer research to inform every campaign. This strategy ensures that each marketing effort—be it in paid media, SEO, content creation, or social media—is tailored to address specific customer pain points and drive conversions.
“We’re not big on the fancy side of marketing. We’re big on what works,” Habeeb says. “Before we run a single ad or write a word of copy, we research, strategize, and focus on our client’s customer journey. That’s how we win.”
This detailed approach has produced jaw-dropping returns for businesses across industries. One eCommerce client saw over ₦7 million in revenue from just ₦697,000 in ad spend. A real estate company turned ₦732,000 in ads into over ₦25 million. Even small businesses like a cleaning service made ₦580,000 from a ₦207,000 ad budget, thanks to smart creatives, solid copy, and a strategy that speaks to buyers directly.
The most impressive result so far has to be getting 433x return on ad spend for another real estate company. To put it into context, ₦36 million was made from just ₦83,000 ad spend.
These successes underscore the agency’s ability to adapt its strategies to diverse sectors, including fintech, health, education, edtech, and automotive industries.
Habeeb explained how they’ve managed to get tremendous results. “We believe that trends change and the industry evolves too. But customers’ pain points and desires are always there. And that’s why they’re a big and important part of our process. Our approach is rooted in something that’ll always work, no matter the time and season.”
Beyond client work, Adgenius Hub is dedicated to fostering new talent through its academy wing. Over 100 students have been trained in copywriting, social media marketing, and paid media advertising. The academy’s hands-on approach ensures that learners not only grasp theoretical concepts but also gain practical experience. Top-performing students are offered internships within the agency, bridging the gap between education and employment.
“Our goal is to equip aspiring marketers with the skills and experience they need to thrive in the industry,” Yusuff explains. We believe that it’s important to train people on effective marketing approaches. This would ensure that they not only become employed but also stay employed through good work.
In 2025, Adgenius Hub plans to launch a scholarship program to train aspiring digital marketers who lack the resources for formal education. This initiative reflects the agency’s commitment to inclusivity and capacity building within the Nigerian digital economy.
Simultaneously, the agency is preparing for international expansion. With a growing client base and increasing demand for its services, Adgenius Hub aims to scale its team and operations to serve a broader audience.
“We want to build a globally recognized agency rooted in Nigerian excellence,” Yusuff states.
Adgenius Hub represents more than a business venture; it’s a movement towards meaningful, results-oriented marketing. By prioritizing strategy, research, and real-world impact, Yusuff and Habeeb are setting new standards in the industry.
As they continue to grow and innovate, Adgenius Hub stands as a testament to what can be achieved when passion meets purpose.
