As part of its strategy to enhance customer experience and retail engagement across the country, Chemical and Allied Products PLC (CAP PLC), the manufacturer of Dulux paints in Nigeria, has announced the opening of its new Dulux Colour Centre in Lagos.
The store offers an interactive and customer-focused environment designed to simplify the colour selection process. It features in-store tinting systems capable of mixing thousands of Dulux shades, consultation lounges, and digital tools to support both residential and commercial paint needs.
The company noted that the launch of the new centre aligns with its broader retail strategy, which emphasizes accessibility, product innovation, and experience-driven differentiation.
Commenting on the launch, Head of Commercial (Retail) at CAP PLC, Atoyebi Oyelere, described the launch as a welcome move in retail engagement.
“The opening of our Fola Osibo Colour Centre is a demonstration of our commitment to better serve our customers. Our Dulux colour centers provide our customers with an opportunity to engage with our products, obtain expert guidance and find the perfect solution for their spaces.”
