Twenty aspiring real estate professionals have successfully completed a three-month intensive training program at the Port Harcourt Real Estate Academy, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to navigate Nigeria’s dynamic property sector.

The graduation ceremony, held in Port Harcourt, brought together instructors, family members, and well-wishers who gathered to celebrate the achievement of the latest cohort of graduates. The comprehensive curriculum covered essential areas such as property law, ethical real estate practices, land documentation, marketing strategies, and client relationship management.

The graduates include: Taiwo, Olabode Thomas, Harry Tamunosepribo Obuye, Jonah, Blessing Udo, Nwogu Justice Raphael, Joy Muekara Isagayor, Nwuzi Benson, Lucky Martyns, Amadi Tochi James, Okiemute Samuel Ovie, Johnpaul Obinna Aneke, Oyakhire Victory, Anointed Nwankwo Ozichukwu, Love Diseph, Olugbenga Akingbehin, Egede Winifred Oby, Samuel Salvation Oluakachi, Ajatiton Lordson Ochuko, and Otonye Weli Orlu.

Speaking at the event, the academy’s founder and lead instructor, Amadi Harry Excellent, praised the graduates for their resilience and determination throughout the training process.

“At Port Harcourt Real Estate Academy, we are not just teaching people how to sell land—we are raising ethical entrepreneurs, business-minded professionals, and future industry leaders who will shape the future of real estate in Africa,” he said.
