Casted Busted Music Records is an independent Afrobeat label based in Lagos, Nigeria. Founded by Eric Odibo, the label is committed to discovering new voices in Afrobeat and bringing fresh, boundary pushing music to the global stage. 

Casted Busted was a name Eric Odibo chose because he wanted to have a media house that will bring about the hidden truth about celebrities’ lives, but along the line he thought  of the fact that instead of talking about celebrities private lives which are unknown to the public why not have a brand that will help to shapen, motivate, and above all give platform to struggling artist for them to strive and grow on their talent.

And the first artist leading that charge is Gazi Akimoni – a rising star with a sound that’s rich, rhythmic, and undeniably powerful.

Gazi, known for blending smooth vocals with hard-hitting Afrobeat grooves, is officially the first signed artist under Casted Busted Music. His journey, talent, and unique voice caught Eric Odibo’s attention early on, and the match was instant. Together, they’re about to make magic.

Gazi Akimoni is set to release his debut single under CBM Records very soon. This track marks the label’s first official release and it’s not just a song, it’s a statement.
