CHAIRMAN, Board of Trustees, BoT of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and former president of the country, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo has resigned his position.

It was gathered that his letter of resignation was made available to today, just as he disclosed in the letter that he had earlier written same to the National Chairman of the party, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur.

The resignation the statement said was to enable him focus more on international duties.
