It has come to our attention, following legal correspondence from Deutsche Bank AG and their legal representatives, that a previously published press release implied or suggested a formal involvement or partnership between Deutsche Bank AG, Billion Sow Holdings Limited, and Giddi Group Foundation.

We hereby formally retract any and all statements or implications made in publications or communications — including those disseminated via digital platforms such as Yahoo Finance and ACCESS Newswire — that indicate or suggest Deutsche Bank AG’s affiliation with or endorsement of Giddi Group Foundation or Billion Sow Holdings Limited.
These statements were made in error and without malicious intent and stemmed from a misinterpretation by third-party intermediaries involved with Billion Sow Holdings Limited, not with the knowledge or authorization of Deutsche Bank AG.

We deeply regret any inconvenience, reputational harm, involvement or confusion this may have caused Deutsche Bank AG, its stakeholders, partners, or the general public. With most sincerity, it was never our intention to mislead, misinform, or misrepresent the nature of our operations or affiliations.

Accordingly, we confirm that the aforementioned publications have been or are currently being taken down, and we have ceased all related communications referencing Deutsche Bank AG.
