The 40th anniversary ceremony of His Royal Highness, Ehizogie Eluojierior, the Onodje of Igueben and Okaigun of Esanland, took place in the ancient kingdom of Igueben in Igueben Local Government Area of Edo State.

The event attracted eminent Nigerians from all over the country, including the Esama of Benin Kingdom, Chief Gabriel Igbinedion, prominent lawyer, Barrister Abubakar Yesufu, and the Ogieneni of Igueben, among others.

The three-day event was marked by many activities, including the anniversary lecture, thanksgiving service, commissioning of Lee Ikpea Hall, launching of His Royal Majesty’s biography, and homage by communities.

Others included the conferment of chieftaincy titles on three deserving Igueben indigenes and donation of gifts to the poorest of the poor, among others.
