Germany’s interior minister vowed Thursday to do everything possible to carry out more deportations to Afghanistan, after an Afghan asylum seeker was arrested over a car ramming attack that injured dozens.
“We have to continue with deportations… even to Afghanistan, a very difficult country,” Nancy Faeser said in the southern city of Munich, where the attack happened. “We will try to do everything to achieve this.”
