BICCDF Africa has officially appointed Mr. Tref Fabien as Ambassador and Special Envoy on Economic Diplomacy, Trade, and Investment to France. The announcement was made by Amb. Dr. Chimbo Obieze, Special Envoy and Chief Operating Officer of BIGWIL International Community of CEOs and the Diplomatic Forum, BICCDF-UNWCD AFRICA.
In a recent address to the media in Lagos, Amb. Daniel Koussou, the Chairman of Economic Diplomacy, Trade, and Investment at BICCDF Africa, emphasized the significance of these diplomatic efforts in enhancing Nigeria’s investment climate and driving economic growth. Koussou highlighted Mr. Fabien’s vast experience and commitment to strengthening economic relations between Africa and France, positioning him as a key figure in advancing trade and investment opportunities between the two regions.
