Stakeholders in the catering and restaurant business have demanded an end to substandard meals, saying poor meals can endanger the health of consumers.

They urged government to ensure that stringent quality control measures were put in place, saying with the continued increase in the number of caterers and restaurants, there was a need to ensure quality.

Founder of Speed Chicken & Grills, Mrs Olawunmi Balogun, however, pledged commitment to transforming the fast food industry.
