Sherron Bigron, an American artiste manager turned artiste from the state of Virginia declares Afrobeats the most prestigious music genre in the history of music.
Bigron, who spoke with radio hosts Soundfreak and Sugarken on the show Musimag, also revealed plans to visit and perform in Nigeria as well as Sierra Leone in 2025 as part of an African tour.
His first and latest Afrobeats single, “I Want it All” makes a bold Afrobeats statement as it embraces the unique and warm Afrobeats sound.
On the global growth and dominance of Afrobeats especially in America, Bigron insists that Afrobeats is the biggest and most prestigious genre in the history of music as it increases unity amongst the world, especially in America amidst existing anger and violence.
To buttress, he added that he has never heard of a crime being committed in America because of Afrobeats lyrics.
He highlighted struggle with self-belief in the early stage of his career as a challenge he encountered in the music industry, insisting that not rushing the process, not quitting and believing in his vision helped him overcome the challenges.
Talking about future plans, he declares interest to tilting more to the executive side of music business after 2025.
As part of an African tour, he intends to engage and work with music talents across Africa and beyond, intending to make Africa his home.
He further invites his fans and Afrobeats lovers to come together to celebrate the Afro culture.
