Fast-rising artist Richtunezmusic has made a bold statement about the struggles faced by grassroots entertainers across Nigeria, addressing the systemic neglect of homegrown talent by clubs, promoters, and event organizers who prioritize booking external acts over nurturing local stars.

“Una go carry millions give outsider, but una go dey give us conditions because say we gather dey here abi? TIME WILL TELL,” he passionately declared in a WhatsApp post, reflecting the frustration shared by many emerging Nigerian artists.

Richtunezmusic recounted a touching experience at 2508 Hotel, where the CEO directed the DJ to promote his songs. “Omooo my heart melted instantly,” he wrote, highlighting how small but meaningful gestures can uplift grassroots talent and strengthen the local entertainment ecosystem.

He compared the current entertainment scene to places like Abuja and Port Harcourt, where artists like Odumodu, Psycho YP, Dandizzy, and Duncan Mighty have become indispensable to event success. Richtunezmusic expressed confidence that a nationwide shift is inevitable. “A time will come in this country when your shows will be empty if you don’t have local stars like me on board! Screenshot this and remind me when it happens!”

As a voice for change, Richtunezmusic emphasized the need for equity, respect, and collaboration in the Nigerian entertainment industry. “Whether you like it or not, I will fight to liberate entertainers in this country, no matter how hard it is. And when the liberation comes, most of you will cry blood,” he boldly stated.

With this declaration, Richtunezmusic positions himself as not just an artist but a revolutionary force advocating for a more inclusive Nigerian entertainment industry. His words resonate with a growing demand for the recognition and support of local talent, marking him as a rising star and a catalyst for change.
