ABUJA -Hon. Lady Marlene Onyeocha-Okolie, founder of the Igbo Women Ambassadors Club International, has called for urgent reforms in crowd management and safety protocols following deadly stampedes that occurred at charity events across Nigeria during the Christmas period.
