Financial expert and Group Head of United Bank for Africa, UBA’s Retail and Digital Banking, Shamsideen Fashola, has said, ‘The NEXUS Award won by UBA is a testament that Africa is pushing the boundaries in service automation delivery.

Fashola stated this while accepting Qore NEXUS 2024 Best Commercial Bank in Service Delivery Automation, won by UBA.
