A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Dr. Stephen Omobamidele Agbi, has described the victory of Governor-Elect Lucky Aiyedatiwa as a true reflection of the wishes of the people.

In his congratulatory message, Dr. Agbi lauded the landslide and unprecedented victory achieved by Aiyedatiwa in the just-concluded Ondo State gubernatorial election.

He said, “The people came out on Saturday, November 16, to exercise their franchise and elected a leader they trust and believe in for his good governance agenda.”

Agbi noted that the governor-elect’s remarkable achievements over the last 11 months have endeared him to the people, earning him their overwhelming support.

As the Convener of the Tinubu-Shettima Movement and Director General of the Consolidated APC Grassroots Movement (CAGRAM), Dr. Agbi commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for conducting a free and fair election. He also praised the professionalism of security agencies during the electoral process.

He urged the people of the state to rally behind the governor-elect’s developmental agenda to maximize the dividends of democracy.

Dr. Agbi, who serves as Special Assistant to the Governor on Mobilization, expressed confidence that Governor Aiyedatiwa would honor the campaign promises made across various towns and villages, fulfilling them to the letter.
