Foundation donates food items to Abuja children’s home

ABUJA- AMID the excruciating hunger across the country, the Emmanuel Olueatobi Foundation, weekend, distributed assorted food items to Abuja Children’s Home, Karu, a suburb of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.

The Founder, Emmanuel Olueatobi Foundation, Emmanuel Oluwatobi, while explaining what led to the Foundation’s decision to distribute food items, said he has passed through the path of hardship and lack while recalling his growing up days and humble beginning.

Items donated include; noodles, macaroni, spaghetti, packs of snacks, cheese balls, milk, toiletries, cartoons of small pureblor, biscuits, juice, and others.

He said: “Today, I am honoured to turn that childhood dream into reality through the Emmanuel Oluwatobi Foundation. I reflected on my personal journey while growing up with humble beginnings, I knew the struggles of those in need.

“This Foundation is the realization of a lifelong vision to give back and make a meaningful impact in the society and there is no better time do that than now.

“So, whatever we are doing today was driven by a profound sense of empathy, guided by personal values, and deeply committed to social responsibility.

“I firmly believe that every individual, especially children, regardless of circumstance, deserves access to basic necessities and opportunities for growth and development.

“This act of kindness aligns with the foundation’s mission to make a positive difference in the community. This donation is a testament to the foundation’s mission to helping hands, uplift and empower marginalized communities, recognizing that every act of kindness counts and has the potential to transform lives.

“I hope our contribution will bring joy, hope, and tangible support to those who need it most, enabling them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

“Through this gesture, we reaffirm our dedication to creating a more compassionate and equitable society, where everyone has the chance to thrive.”
