Jojo’s love affair with radio began early in life, and after studying Sociology and Anthropology at the University of Benin, she followed her passion into a career in broadcasting. In 2012, she landed her first radio job at Raypower 105.5 FM, where she began to hone her craft. However, it was her move to The Beat 97.9 FM Ibadan in 2015 that truly solidified her place in the industry.

In 2020, Jojo returned to Lagos, joining Urban 96 FM, where she quickly became the voice of the city’s evening commute as the host of “Traffic The Urban Drive” Mondays through Fridays from 6 – 9pm. With its youthful energy and urban contemporary music, Urban 96 FM became the perfect platform for Jojo to connect with Lagos’ vibrant and diverse audience. She also hosts “TOUCHDOWN 10” on Mondays at 9 p.m., a show nationally syndicated on SoundCity Radio every Tuesday at 2 p.m.

Jojo’s voice isn’t limited to just radio shows. She has ventured into voice acting and voiceovers, starring as Dr. Anita in the popular radio drama series “Aso Ebi,” which highlights the life and struggles of the modern Nigerian women.
