By Samuel Oyadongha

Yenagoa—Barely twelve days to the end of the Federal Government’s amnesty to Niger Delta militants, a man in his late 30s, who claimed to be a militant/human rights activist
yesterday surrendered eight rustic arms and one hundred and ninety two ammunitions to the Bayelsa State chapter of the Presidential Amnesty Implementation Committee.

The militant, Comrade Douglas Otoloko, claimed he had 70 boys operating with him in Diebu Creek in the Southern Ijaw local government area of the state.
