The management and staff of Caleb International School, in partnership with Real Women Foundation of Daystar Church, have held the annual Girls Day for the female students of the school.
According to the Principal, Caleb International College, Mrs. Julie Foladun, the essence of the Girls Day is to develop the total child by teaching them the right things to do so that they don’t learn them from the wrong places or people.
“We normally organise Boys Day and Girls Day separately because there are some things that we discuss with them that ordinarily, they would be ashamed to discuss in the presence of the opposite sex.
“This year’s edition borders on personal hygiene as a lady, dating, love and sex, the power of choice and a host of other things that would help develop them which they would not be able to get from their parents.”
