US-based gospel singer Oluwatoyin Ajibolade has expressed her resolve to use her music as a tool to effect positive change in the lives of her listeners across the world.

Ajibolade said this as she’s warming up to release her latest offering, “Oro (The Word)”, which in itself is a song of hope and encouragement for the depressed people in the society.

According to her, ‘Oro’ is laced with the vibes that come with the much needed soul-lifting in difficult times. “It’s a song of praise, emphasizing God’s supreme and unsurpassable authority, danceable and soul-searching” Ajibolade added.

Speaking further, the singer, whose debut single which was released in 2010, still rings a bell among lovers of gospel music, said her upcoming single will empower her listeners spiritually and teach them about the integral components of God’s word in changing the lives of people.

Her words: “I love to make evergreen songs and bring quality to music ministries. I want my music to impact the lives of my listeners across the globe; encourage and motivate them to stay connected with God. It’s a powerful ministry song that would reshape and shake this generation, motivating them to channel their energies positively to becoming greater achievers and have a better future”, she said.

Inspired by the Holy Bible and happenings around her, Ajibolade began her career in music while she was in a local church choir back in the days. The passion saw her through to her college days as a nursing student, before she finally delved into gospel music.

“At that time, I did not have plans to go beyond singing in my church choir. But as God would have it, I became a bit more serious leading to the release of my first album “With God” in October 2010”

Ajibolade is an anointed music minister and a multi-talented woman of remarkable achievements. She is a songwriter, mentor and a counselor.
