After years of success in the hospitality industry, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of YB Stanzy Hotel, Club & Resorts, Stanley Egbonim, has shared his success recipe with young entrepreneurs, to inspire them towards achieving their desired goals.

Egbonim, who is the Vice Chairman, Progressive brothers club, stated that his desire to assist young entrepreneurs aspiring to replicate his accomplishments formed reason he often mentor them whenever the opportunity arise.

Disclosing the recipe, he noted that many startup business owners would be confronted with challenges but “their ability to cross the hurdle determines their fate in the industry they have chosen”.

The hotel boss, who is also the Chairman of Ika old boys (2010 set), stressed that many entrepreneurs get distracted and abandon their dream after being criticised by Nigerians, saying your steadfastness in your course will see you through.

“Also, your ability to believe in God will continue to pave the way towards achieving that goal”, the Novena university graduate added.

According to his public relations officer Pro Prince Fredoo Perry, He narrated that After this, the achievements desired will begin to manifest but I will advise that as a young entrepreneur, do not rest on that which you have achieved rather, consider early laurels as benchmark towards aspiring for more in whichever industry you meet yourself.

While reflecting on his journey his journey as an entrepreneur and the challenges encountered, he stated: “They were ordained by God, so I think I’m a son of grace”.
