A Nigerian man, Babajide Isreal Adebanjo, has broken the Guinness World Record for the longest duration of twerking, lasting 3 hours and 30 minutes. This remarkable feat was achieved in Lagos on January 14, 2024.

Babajide aimed to push beyond his comfort zone and raise awareness for depression. In a special interview with Vanguard, he discussed the challenges he faced and how he began his journey into twerking.
