UGHELLI- National and House of Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Asaba, has upheld the election of the Deputy Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, Mr. Basil Ganagana, representing Patani Constituency on the platform of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The tribunal dismissed the petition by Mr. Raymus Guanah of Fresh Democratic Party, FDP, for lack of merit.

Reacting to the judgment, Ganagana commended the tribunal for its courage in arriving at its verdict and urged Guanah to join him in his quest to reposition Patani Local Government Area.
