AKURE-THE Special Adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan on Niger Delta Affairs and the Chairman of Amnesty Programme, Mr Kingsley Kuku, weekend raised alarm over the circulation of fake Amnesty forms to unsuspecting youths in the oil rich Niger Delta Regions

Kuku said that some unsuspecting new repentant Militants had stated buying the fake forms which are now in circulation in virtually all Niger Delta states, saying “many of the fake form are available in Ondo State.”

Mr. Kuku who spoke at Arogbo, in Ese-Odo local government area of the Ondo State during a reception organized in his honour said “the Federal government has directed the security agencies to move against the people behind the shady deals with the intention of brining them to face the wrath of the law.

“Anybody parading himself as militant should be arrested and prosecuted as criminal as the time allowed for the laying of arms have closed. Not less than 1,200 ex-militants from the state have been trained with many of them undergoing training in vocational education abroad.”
