Newly elected chairman of the Nigerian Premier League (NPL), Victor Barribote has said that his administration will run an open door policy to move the league forward.

In a chat with Inside out Premier League,  Barribote said “I believe we should expect a better and transformed league this time around. For us to move our league forward, we need everybody’s support as that is the only way that we can achieve success,” he said.

Baribote, who was involved in a long-drawn legal battle with Owumi before he was finally sworn in as the duly elected chairman of the Premier League board, said that he was going to introduce some innovations that will move the local league forward.

“Stakeholders can expect some innovations which would transform the face of our league”.
