Eagles striker Emmanuel Emenike has denied reports linking him with a move from Russia.

Emenike who left Turkey’s Fenerbache in the wake of a matching fixing row declared after scoring his third goal of the season that he was very comfortable at Spartak Moscow, adding that he would be around to much longer.

“It don’t know how the media make all this stuff. I am happy to play in Moscow and I think they want to spoil my career.

“Russian Championship is different from Turkish league. In Russia, they play more disciplined and at a higher level. Here, players are more prompt to each other, both on the field and in the locker room.

“In Turkey, the same players had little contact with each other on the pitch.”

The promising striker revealed that the Russian Premier League is far better than the Super Lig and admitted that the Russian clubs play more disciplined football. Emenike highlighted that he can play at a number of different positions and revealed his respect for the head coach, Valery Karpin.
