ABUJA – THE Senate will today screen the acting Chief Justice of the Federation, Justice Dahiru Musdapher, just as it moves to increase the number of justices at the Court of Appeal from 70 to 90.

Chairman, Senate Committee on Information and Public Affairs, Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, who disclosed this to newsmen, yesterday,  said the screening will also include the ministerial nominee from Taraba State, Mr. Darius Ishaku, who replaces Dr. Obadiah Ando, who was earlier rejected by the Senate.

Abaribe said, “The new CJN and the minister representing Taraba State will be screened tomorrow (today). It is going to be a very hectic screening most especially for the CJN. We are going to take him on the address he delivered during the opening of the law week and many other issues.”
