The TOD Show, a new magazine show with bias for the promotion of entrepreneurship has debuted on TLIG Africa TV.
Award-winning entrepreneur, photographer and digital media strategist, Odunola Abayomi is the host of the programme.
According to Abayomi, who is also the brain behind the project, “The TOD Show will tell every story from the angle of inspiring the audience, showcase positivity in a fun and relatable manner. It’s a timeless show that one can watch over and over and in years to come. It will stand the test of time as long as humanity and businesses. exists”.
The graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Ladoke Akintola University said the show is an idea she has nursed for a while.
“It’s an idea I have been nursing for a while. During my years of practice as a full time digital marketer and strategist, I worked with lots of brands, SMEs and Multinationals; asides from running online campaigns for them, I consulted for some and I saw the need to have a show that serves as a platform to showcase Nigerian owned businesses, brands and multinationals operating on Nigerian soil. The aim is to tell our entrepreneurship story to the world and every other story that can inspire”.
Shedding light on what she wants to achieve through the show, the TOD Media boss said: “The aim is to tell the stories of homegrown brands and entrepreneurs who are able to thrive despite all challenges. It will spotlight how they have in their little ways contributed to the Nigerian economy. We would focus on personal brands and businesses across all sectors such as; agriculture, hospitality, real estate, health, fashion, entertainment and lot’s more. We will also showcase individuals who have succeeded against all odds”.
