ORS takes partnership with NASHCO to next level

….. As NASCHO celebrates 44th anniversary

ORS Olive Oil, former Organic Root Stimulator produced by African Consumer Care Limited has announced a strategic partnership with the National Association of Hair Dressers and Cosmetologists, NASHCO for a better hair practice  among hair professionals and  Cosmetologists across the country.

Speaking during ORS Greatings & Meeting with the newly elected national executives of NASHCO in Lagos, the West Africa Head of Dabur Business, Mr. Venkat Reddy said as  NASHCO celebrates its 44th anniversary, ORS is ready to  financially benefit all members and also do more of workshops and trainings in all NASHCO chapters.

Venkat said African Consumer Care Limited has been partnering with NASCHO in many ways and that the company wants to take the partnership to the next level in such a way that ORS Olive Oil & NASHCO will benefit from the relationship.

In his words: “We are taking our partnership with NASHCO to the next level because they promote our brands into the nook and crannies of this country through their state chapters and ORS wanted to financially benefits all those who are associating with us.

“We will do more workshops, educational programmes, sampling and we can also participate in their chapters meetings, where we will educate them and also promote our products

“All those nominated by the NASCHO chapter heads can become partners, sole distributors or dealers with us with a minimum investment. We offer our products to them at discounted rates. We are also ready to support all NASCHO chapters with education programmes, we have been doing it before but we promised to do more by attaching Saloon educators to each chapter and we believe this and more will help the hairdressers to perform better in their jobs, win more customers, more sales and also smile to the banks.

“This way both ORS Olive Oil and NASCHO are helping each other, gain through this process and that is the next level which we are aspiring to reach through this partnership,” he said.

Urging the consumers to always patronise the company’s distributors to avoid fake products, Venkat said: “ORS Olive Oil promised to tackle the challenges of fake products. We urged the hairdressers to always patronise the company’s authorised distributors. Even after that if they still find something fishing, they should please take the pictures and be in contact with our sales representative or educator”.

Speaking on the product, Senior Hair Educator for ORS, Rosemary Ogundele-Ajibade said, ; “ORS is not a new product, it is a product that has been in existence for more than a decade within the Nigerian market. It is the only hair product infused with the highest grade of pure Olive Oil, which ensures moisture is infused into the hair. Clients are always impressed about our product range and usage is massive.

Ogundele stated that “ORS product range is suitable for any type of hair from relaxed hair to natural hair, ORS product is a one size fits all.”

Appreciating the efforts of ORS, the elected national president of NASCHO, Mrs Angela A. Akanle said: “ORS Olive Oil should stick to quality standard, keep to their good legacy on their products because all of their products are very good including their packaging.

Also in her remarks, the outgoing national president of NASHCO Dr. Betty Ishoka admonished members to take advantage of the ORS training opportunity and make good use of it: “We rarely have this kind opportunity from hair brands but ORS has continued to show that it is not just interested in selling and creating awareness but support us with extensive training on product use. This means that ORS cares about our profession and wants to sustain it.” she said.
