LAGOs — Minister of Aviation, Princess Stella Adaeze-Oduah, has ordered Bi-Courtney Ltd to immediately stop the collection of N2,500 as Passenger Service Charge, PSC, from air travellers.
The Minister’s directive is contained in a letter to the Managing Director of the company.
According to the Special Adviser on Media to the Minister, Mr Joe Obi, the minister noted that “the Federal Ministry of Aviation has not given any approval to Bi-Courtney Ltd to charge N2,500 as PSC.
“There is a procedure in the concession agreement which must be adhered to and until then, you are to desist from the collection of the PSC.”
