EasyFuel Limited, an integrated e-payment solutions company in the country’s downstream oil and gas industry, has announced the appointments of a new Chief Financial Officer, CFO, and two other management positions.
The CFO is Mr. Edward Anyaegbunam, while Mr. Gbenga Ayinde and Mr. Oyedele Akinlawon were appointed to head the Revenue Management and Strategy as well as Electronic Funds Transfer Units respectively.
A graduate of Accountancy, Anyaegbunam started his career at Arthur Mbanefo Associates, also worked at Nigerian Industrial Development Bank Limited and UAC, where he was acting Divisional Commercial Director.
He was also Head of Finance at SO Energy Limited, a subsidiary of Sahara Energy Resource Group.
While at UAC, Anyaegbunam was selected along with other seasoned managers to start Warm Spring Waters Nigeria Limited, a joint venture business involving UAC, Ekiti State Government and some private investors, and successfully piloted the company from conception stage to profitable venture within two years.
Mr. Ayinde has been appointed to Head the Revenue Management and Strategy Unit. He holds an MBA degree with about a decade experience in revenue management, strategy, pricing, sales planning and performance management.
He started his career with DHL International before moving over to United Parcel Service (UPS), where he rose to become the Manager, Revenue Management and Sales Support.
Mr. Akinlawon, a graduate of Computer Science and a member of British Computer Society, started his career at the Information Technology Department of Intercontinental Bank Plc.
He served in the Software Support Team which implemented various electronic banking suite – telephone banking, internet banking and SMS banking.
