In view of its European tour in a week’s time, 911 Foundation Soccer Academy in Warri and Lagos returned over the week from a playing tour of Togo and Republic of Benin.
Team Manager, Efe Ganagana said the West Africa tour was to put the boys in the best shape ahead of Europe’s encounter.
He said, with the trip to Togo and Republic of Benini, his boys are ready to challenge their European counterpart. He thanked the academy’s chairman, Ayiri Emami for his tremendous supports.
The academy played against Dragon FC, Requins FC and Mogas FC while in Republic of Benin, winning two of the three matches but drew with Requins FC 1-1.
On their stop over in Togo, they drew both games against Togo Telcom and AS Douanes FC. The teams’ goals were scored by Chibuike Akanno, Tosheju Endurance, Chukwuma Ude and Fidelis Oporoku.
