ABUJA- FOLLOWING the outcome of Monday’s election of Aminu Waziri Tambuwal as Speaker, House of Representatives, the national leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has began series of meetings over the failed zoning arrangement in the House of Reps.
The acting (national chairman of PDP, Dr. Bello Haliru Mohammed, yesterday, summoned a meeting of stakeholders of the party geared towards taking a position on the issue.
Members of the National Working Committee, NWC stormed out of a meeting, yesterday, at the Wadata plaza, national seretariat only to rush to another meeting at an undisclosed venue.
The national organising Secretary, Prince Uche Secondus, the National Legal Adviser, Chief Olusola Oke and Bello Mohammed were seen hurriedly leaving the Wadata plaza.
Vanguard gathered that the meeting which is said to be taking place at the house of the acting national chairman is to be attended by the leaders of the national assembly.
