Carlo Rinomato has concluded plans to host a ‘Building Design And Property Development Masterclass’ targeted at college students, millennials and young entrepreneurs. The masterclass project was initially scheduled for November 2020 but was postponed due to the covid 19 pandemic protocols worldwide.

Announcing the masterclass, the CEO of Design Generation Homes and founder CARLO RINOMATO Made in Italy, Carlo Rinomato, informed that the masterclass will be coordinated and moderated in conjunction with Design Generation Homes & Carlo Rinomato Made In Italy brand and will feature other professionals builders and property developers.

Carlo said the masterclass is designed to help aspiring architects, property developers, building engineers and entrepreneurs who are hoping to follow a career path in construction or property investment/management. “The aim is to get more than 5 leading practitioners from within the industry to speak, teach and mentor participants. Emphasis will be on people – their attitudes, mindsets and skills – and on how to scout for potential sites and properties for development, fact check, investigate and do due diligence of any opportunity/project before committing time & resources to it.

Rinomato says with this masterclass he aims for a personalized mentorship, where tutors and mentors will take the time to give participants advice and guidance on business practices. The masterclass is tentatively scheduled to begin March 4th through to March 12th 2021.

Carlo explained that due to COVID 19 safety protocols the masterclass will be held remotely online. “Top construction and property development executives have already been contacted to be serve as instructors/tutors and also to mentors participants”, he said.

The masterclass which will last approximately 7 days will focus on guiding the participants through the intricate details of land acquisition, building & structural design, how to access risk and how to spot investment opportunities.

He said the masterclass will be free and open to anyone who wishes to participate, but they will have to register as there are only 20 spots available.
