The Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) has won the presidential election in Jigawa state with 664, 994 votes while  PDP got 419, 252 votes. 
  
The state collation officer, Professor Jibrila Dahiru Amin who is also the Vice chancellor, Federal University Dutse said the state has 1,214, 774 total votes cast during the election.
