Minna  – How did  a suspect in connection with March 3, Suleja bomb blast that claimed several lives with  scores of other people injured escape from the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA custody?

This is the yet- to-be answered question being asked by a Minna chief magistrate, Mohammed Tanko, who is presiding over the case of the mysterious disappearance of the suspect from the NDLEA custody brought before him.

In the absence of the suspect, the Chief magistrate, Mohammed Tanko, had ordered immediate detention of three officers of the agency in the state in order to allow the police continue with their investigation.

The officers detained are Aminu Yusuf who is the Suleja Area commander of the Agency, Mohammed Tenimu, zonal exhibit keeper and Michael Ifezuruoha who led the patrol team that arrested the principal suspect.

The detainees were arraigned before the court and charged with “criminal conspiracy, culpable homicide, aiding and abetting the escape of the terrorist, destruction of a vital exhibit, negligent conduct and mischief”.
