LAGOS – The Lagos State Government in conjunction with Daedel Limited Developers will build 80 rooms hostel to accommodate 8,000 students at the Lagos State Polytechnic.
The facility is worth over N22.5 billion. Other facilities to be built include an ultra modern shopping mall, warehouses, multi-purpose houses, E-centre, a 300 hybrid hotel, ultra modern recreation centre, a zoology garden and support infrastructure.
The Chief Executive Officer, and the Managing Director, Daedel Limited, Mr Dapo Oladimeji-Hanah, said, weekend, at the official launch of the turning of the sod/ground breaking of the Lagos State Polytechnic main campus, Ikorodu, that the company has been on the negotiation for two years, and agreement was signed recently.”
