Nigeria’s Women’s National team, the Super Falcons will camp in Nuremberg, Germany, for the final phase of preparations for the 2011 Fifa Women’s World Cup.

‘We are not sparing any expense. At this level, it is no longer about developmental football as we have with the age grade national teams.
“We are looking to win the world cup, so we can only ensure the girls have the best,’ he said.
NFF president Aminu Maigari had confirmed to SuperSport.com last November that the Super Falcons would camp either in Germany or England for their final World Cup preparations.
Meanwhile, coach of Nigeria’s Women’s team, Uche Eucharia, has expressed shock at the decision of the NFF to select Germany as camp of the Super Falcons.
Uche had initially stated her preference for England as the federation announced late last year that it had drawn up a two-nation shortlist that included England and Germany.
The coach also revealed that she was not consulted by officials of the federation before the decision was made.
‘I am hearing this for the first time. No one has communicated this to me,’ Uche told SuperSport.com.
Uche, who captained the Falcons at the World Cup in China, in 1991, said the choice of Germany may back-fire.
“We are playing the World Cup in Germany so camping in Germany may see us exposing our plans for the tournament to the Germans who are in our group.
“When we were in South Africa for the Africa Women’s Championship, the Germans sent spies and scouts to all our matches and even training sessions.
“So you can imagine what will happen when we set up our camp in their backyard,” she said.
