A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, yesterday, adjourned till May 9 to rule on the preliminary objection by Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, challenging the suit against it over the conduct of the 2011 unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME.
Three firms, SW Global Ltd, Fleet Technologies Ltd and Global Portal Services (GPS) Ltd, had dragged JAMB to court over alleged breach of contract, praying the court to restrain the examination body from conducting this year’s matriculation examination, pending the determination of the suit.
