Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State, on Sunday, visited the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamido Adeyemi II.

The Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Mr Yinka Oyebode, confirmed Fayemi’s visit to the monarch.

The visit may not be unconnected to the controversial letter written to Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State by the Alawe of Ilawe-Ekiti over the Alaafin’s purported interference in the traditional institution in Ekiti State.
