The Voice of Victory: Provoking supernatural manifestations by praise!

By David Oyedepo

Have you been seeking supernatural manifestations without knowing the way out? You can provoke supernatural manifestations by praising God. When I talk about manifestations, I am talking about the glorious hand of God upon people. Romans 8:19-21 says: “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God…” The whole world is waiting for the sons of God to show up, to take position and to bring deliverance and solutions to problems.

Understand that redemption is to make the believer a showpiece on the earth. If you are a child of God, you are called unto glory and virtue (I Peter 2:9). That’s Redemption! It’s to make you an enviable entity on the earth. Matthew 5:13 says: “Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted?” That means, as a child of God, you should retain your divine taste, divine functions, and divine values.

You should demonstrate them on the earth. If you are a child of God, you are a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden. People should look up to you, not you looking up to them. The sinners should look up to you, not you looking up to them. That’s Redemption! The redeemed are men and women to be envied, not people to be pitied! In Isaiah 62:2-4, the Word says: “…Thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the Lord shall name. Thou shalt also be a crown of glory in the hand of the Lord…” That means you will become the envy of the world. That is what redemption offers. You have been redeemed by our God as priests and kings to reign on the earth. So, redemption empowers us to be a showpiece on the earth.

How do we actualize that?: God has ordained praise as one of the channels for actualizing our enviable destiny on the earth. In Matthew 11:19, we are told that wisdom is justified of her children. That means wisdom is the heritage of the children of God. Like begets like. God, the only wise God, cannot have dummies for children! His wisdom is incomparable. Wisdom is the heritage of those in Christ. So, His wisdom is beyond human realms. But we connect with that wisdom by inspiration. Job 32:8 says: “But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.” So, you access your heritage of divine wisdom by inspiration.

For example, the Bible said Solomon wrote 1005 songs (I Kings 4:32). According to the Bible, he was wiser than all men. He was operating in the realm of divine wisdom by inspiration. That means praise is your covenant channel to divine wisdom. This is because divine wisdom is only accessible by inspiration. When you connect with heaven’s wisdom, you simply become a living wonder among men. The second area God is looking forward to manifesting His glory in our life is in our health and vitality.

Remember, He Himself took our infirmities, and bore our sicknesses (Matthew 8:17). Jesus expects us to manifest the price He already paid for us to live a healthy and strong life. Until the devil succeeds in breaking your heart, he cannot break your body. A merry heart doeth good like a medicine, but a broken spirit drieth the bone.” (Proverbs 17:22). In Nehemiah 8:10, the Bible says: “…Neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.” The joy of the Lord is the secret of your strength. So, maintain the j
oy of the Lord in your life, and you don’t lose your strength to sickness and disease.

Inspiration is God’s method for generating practical solutions. But revelation is God’s way of generating spiritual solutions. Revelation is the key to accessing spiritual solutions to your spiritual challenges.
